ABOUT OUR LAWN CARE COMPANY
Squared Away Lawns was founded in 2009 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma by Chad and Jamie McClain. After observing the lack of professionalism in the industry Chad McClain decided that it needed to be BETTER. Since the inception of the company, Squared Away Lawns has prided themselves in creating a professional experience like no other in the industry. They decided that Americans were in need of development and that others would rather sweep them to the side to hire illegally. Squared Away Lawns accepted the challenge to develop future American leaders. The belief that a business is made up of 3 equal pillars being, Its Customers, Its People and Its Profits, is what guides our business into success. Being careful to never put one above the other. Understanding this balance provides our customers with happy, loyal, experienced personnel. It provides our people with a rewarding, challenging and growing workplace and provides the finances to continue leading the industry into the future, giving our customers peace of mind that Squared Away Lawns will be around for years to come. Squared Away Lawns is structured in 4 departments, Lawn Maintenance, Landscaping / Irrigation, Weed Control / Fertilization and Commercial lot sweeping / Snow plowing. THE SQUARED AWAY DIFFERENCE
All Squared Away Lawns vehicles and lawn care personnel are clean, presentable and are clearly identifiable with company logos and attire. We execute daily, detailed quality control reporting on all of our maintenance properties. We offer comprehensive scheduling and if requested can notify the customer of when all of their services are scheduled for the season. Our lawn care company office staff is highly trained in customer service and we will always be available via phone or email during normal business hours. We offer online bill payment / invoice tracking for our customers with their own login and user id. We maintain our equipment to like new specifications, allowing for accurate, clean, detailed work. We treat each customer as if they were our only one and work promptly to resolve any requests the same day or within reason.
